Trouble Shooting:
1.No Sound
This issue is because your source send dts/dolby formats and your display does not support. To solve the issue, simply change your source's audio output to PCM
2.Does not work/no video
This is due to cable quality. Our repeater can work up to 164 ft on a HDMI2.0 Certified Cable, but it will have a less distance on a HDMI Cable of lower standard. We suggest upgrade your cables to solve the issue or switched to a shorter cable.
