Microvisor is a state of the art mini hood designed to attach to a "microwave over the range" and improve the exhaust function of the microwave. It was developed by an accomplished chef who was a successful owner operator of three restaurants in New Jersey for 25 years.The Microwave Over Range was designed to incorporate an exhaust system in existingcabinet space, in place of a more expensiveexhaust hood. The Microwave Over Range is normally 15" deep, and all cooktops/ranges are a minimum of 24" deep, it is virtually impossible to effectively exhaust the fumes from cooking on the front burners. The Microvisor mini hood is 29 7/8" wide, 1' high at the front and 1 1/2"high at the back. 8 1/2" deep. When inserted into the bracket it projects forward of the microwave oven by 6 1/2" to capture the smoke, grease and odors. The bracket is a 2" deep patented C clip design that attaches in less than 3 minutes. The Microvisor mini hood is inserted into the bracket and removed by simply pulling it out.
