The Shimano SH MTB Replacement Cleats. Multi-Directional Release Cleat. Releases in both lateral twist mode and diagonal upward mode. For mild off-road and pavement riding, with 0 degrees of float.

Worn cleats can lead to poor pedal function including premature release or stubborn release. Frequent riders should replace their cleats at least once per year, and casual riders less often.?

Compatible with all Shimano SPD pedals expcept the PD-M858.
