FORMULA: 23% Dried Potato Powder 2% Nutritional Yeast 33% Dextrose 42% Agar Agar SOLUTION INSTRUCTIONS: Step 1: Dissolve 30g of Potato Dextrose Yeast Agar in 750ml of Distilled Water Step 2: Gently Boil for 10 Minutes Step 3: Autoclave at 121 degrees Celsius for 15 minutes Step 4: Allow to cool to 50 degrees Celsius & pour into Petri Dishes Got a Question?
