Black Seed oil (also known as Egyptian Black Cumin) is cold-pressed from the Black Seed herb, which has approx about 36% of oil content. It is a rich source of polyunsaturated fatty acids (also known as "essential fatty acids") which are the building blocks of cells and help the body produce Prostaglandin E1.
