This is a blind black shutter hinge for a wood frame construction. This item is for ONE PAIR of hinges. It takes 2 pair of hinges per pair of shutters. It is intended to be used with a wooden shutter and has a 1-1/16" offset. Hardware is included. This is a working hinge, not stationary.
