Description

* HARDWOOD BLOCKS ARE NOT RECOMMENDED FOR CARVING * TIPS FOR STAINING OR WEATHERING - To achieve a naturally weathered look you can easily use common household items like coffee grounds, vinegar, tea, and much more. Try mixing a cup of white vinegar with 1-3 cups of water depending on how many blocks you plan to stain. Place a fine grade, steel wool pad into the mixture and allow to soak up to 10 minutes stirring occasionally. Once the steel wool has begun to break down use a brush or rag to apply on a scrap piece of wood until desired tint is reached. * PAINT & STAIN - Please be sure to follow directions for any kind of stains or paints when applying to your craft blocks. Applying finishes to the end grain of our blocks may cause color variations due to the way the natural grain of the wood absorbs certain materials.
