Resistance Bands are low protein, and powder free to reduce skin irritation caused by natural latex, minimizing allergic reactions. Strengthen and stretch your upper body, legs and feet. Begin with the orange light band and progress with time to green then blue. Strengthen your hip muscles, front, side and back with Ankle resistance Loops. The smaller cousin of the resistance band will help you develop strength, coordination and balance. Start with the yellow lighter loop and progress to purple.
