TO APPLY:
1.Clean nails with alcohol or soap and water to remove any oils. Make sure they are fully dry. Apply your nail polish. If Desired can be used on un-polished nails.
2. Let the nail polish dry.
3. Apply the nail decals in the pattern of your choice (use small tweezers to help apply the decals).
4. Apply two coats of clear nail polish over the top.
