2. 3. If printer can't print or does not recognize the cartridge, please take out the ink cartridge and check the printer word car and see if there is any waste of ink or dirt,wipe clean with a cotton stick alcohol, and use rubber gently wipe the touch point on cartridge chip back and forth, so that the oxide layer removal and re-install the ink cartridges.
4. When installing the cartridge must be installed in place, with finger tip cartridges to completely stuck in place then hands away and cover printer cover( this step is repeated several times if necessary).
