Some of us love to swim, but will often regret it as an ear infection is likely to follow. That was the case for my one year old son Ben. He had so many ear infections in his first year of life that he started becoming immune to the antibiotics appropriate for his age. We ended up opting for placing ear tubes on his ears, but were surprised to know that we had to be even more careful with water after the surgery.
