UV filter can absorb the ultraviolet which wavelength is under 400nm and limit the reflection from non-metal surface such as water and glass windows; It also can exclude the ultraviolet's interference on CCD and help improve the results of clarity and color reproduction.
CPL filter is mainly used to eliminate polarized light and increase the color concentration. For example: Deepening the sky blue and highlighting the white clouds; Eliminating the reflection light of non-metallic surface such as glass or water; It also can reduce the soft focus in the landscape caused by the atmospheric fog, but would not change the color balance of the entire screen.
The other color filters are mainly used to correct color temperature of the light source and compensate color.
Filters Diameter: 58mm / 2.28in, expecially designed for GoPro HERO4/3+ and Xiaoyi II 4K, NOT for GoPro 3/2/1.
Note: All the filters are used on waterproof housing, can not be used on the camera directly; You must install the waterproof housing adapter ring before installing filter. The camera and the waterproof housing showing in the picture are not included.
