TO ADJUST THE CLIPS, separate the bottom container (which has the clips attached to it) from the other parts. To tighten, stand the clips straight up and gently apply pressure to the middle area of the clips by slowly pressing them against the box to "stretch" them. To loosen, turn the bottom container upside down, have the clips pointed upwards and gently apply pressure to the middle area of the clips by slowly pressing them against the box. Small adjustments go a long way!
