[Compatibility list] - This EL5 fits Skoda Octavia MK2 1Z3 / 1Z5 (2004-2013) to replace 1Z0941431. The model EL5 fits old Octavia 2 on PQ35. Please choose EL11 or EL9 for first Octavia and EL3 is for new MK3 on MQB (2013 later). The major difference between two models are the plug on harness, outer look on dial. (EL5 comes in asymmetrical dial and a little bigger). Please dismantle your switch, compare with the pics before an order!
[App & Settings] - Scan the barcode on manual to download the App and install it into smartphone; Set your preferences - the delay and duration, sensitivity of light sensor and choose when and which light to turn on/off and more settings; Firmware is upgradable and new version of App will be released if needed; Both Apple iOS and Android edition of App are available
[Important Note] - The most important step is to choose the right model. Make sure of your vehicle's model and year; Find it on the possibly compatible EL model; Never judge by its outer look and its backlight color. Take out the original switch, compare the port and plug with what we show on the page; Contact us if yours is not on the list. These steps are a must

koda Octavia came a long history. We prepared 3 models for different Octavia:

1. EL5 is for 2nd gen Octavia 2 (Typ 1Z) on PQ35 platform ONLY!
2. EL9 (Red Backlight) and EL11 (Green) are for the 1st gen Octavia MK1 (Typ 1U): 1U2 [1996-2010], Combi 1U5 [1998-2010] and Octavia 1U [1997-2004];
3. EL3 (White Backlight) and EL4 (Green) is for 3rd gen Octavia MK3 on MQB (Typ 3E 2013 later)

(EL9 and EL11 are big plug, EL5, EL3 and EL4 are small plug, however, the plug of EL5 is different from EL3 and EL4; EL5 comes in asymmetrical dial 6.5cm in diameter; The difference between EL3 and EL4 is the color of backlight! Check work MUST be done before an order!)

Based on Skoda parts, we made Micro-CPU and Bluetooth controller into the tiny switch with light sensor left outside. The switch adds automatic Headlights (Dipped, low, passing or high, driving beam), Position lamps (Sidelights, tail lights) and fog lights functions to the vehicle which does not originally have.

Android and Apple iOS APP is for setting your preferences: Delay and duration of auto lights on/off; Sensitivity of sensor; When and which lights to turn on/off; Settings of leaving & coming home and bulb tester - All in App.
