The HD Press 3624 Vacuum Former Press - an innovation to membrane vacuum forming technology. The HD Press 3624 is made out of highly durable ABS plastic, ready for daily frequent use. It is the only kydex vacuum former press of its kind. This model is our new Gen II design and replaces our previous acrylic vacuum press model the HD 300. Over a year of engineering, design, and testing has resulted in this new series of Gen II HD vacuum formers. With the use of a heat-sink over the dual ported vacuum grid, the press can stand up to repeated, back to back, all day thermo-forming. Using ultra durable membrane secured to the top of the press by strong neodymium magnets, the HD Press has the easiest to replace membrane on the market. The HD Press 3624 space conscious design has built in plumbing for a plug and play application. All you have to do is hook up your vacuum pump and get started. The HD 3624 is designed to have as little air volume as possible to apply a quick vacuum to a hot work piece. With these built in features and its ease of use, the HD Vacuum Press sets a new industry standard. The HD vacuum press is a premium leak proof design with an ultra sleek look. Integrated is a vacuum release vent, and an easily removable lid. Unlike other standard materials used on traditional presses such as wood and PVC this Vacuum Former is crack resistant.
