Specifics:

Flat staples Best used for smaller cracks in rigid plastics and bridging tears in flexible plastics or puling together pre-stressed, difficult to close cracks.

Wave staples Best for larger, longer cracks and complete breaks in rigid plastic.

Corner staples Excellent for reinforcing cracks on corners, curved areas and other complex shapes where a flat or wave staple will not fit.

Setting the Temperature:

Turn the control dial to the second or third position,unless very low heat levels are desired.These toe positions satisfy most stapling applications.

Use:

Lay staple over the desired location and apply gentle pressure.Push the button on the handle,then release once the staple is at the desired depth.Allow to cool slightly.Pull back and the staple will remain in the plastic.Clip off the staple witn supplied diagonal cutter.

Caution:

When clipping off the staple prongs,wear eye protection and cup your hand over the staple to prevent the clipped wire from becoming a projectile.
