How to use:
Turn LED on and off by twisting the base. (Please take off the insulating strip covered the battery before lighting it)

Note: If some lights are not bright by twisting easily the base, it may not be a quality problem, please twist with more strength. If the lights still do not work,please dismantle and install them,then try to twist them!
