You are buying a pair of brushed or polished stainless steel wrist or ankle cuffs. These cuffs have a sliding O-Ring that can be removed if desired.These cuffs are made from roughly 1/4 inch thick round stainless,It is in oval shape,please see the different available sizes for interior length and width measurements. These cuffs secures with a small hex screw that screws down into a small groove/hole on the locking pin on the side opposite of the hinge. Each cuff can be removed by giving the screw 1-2 turns with the included hex key. Please do not fully remove the hex screw, as re-inserting it can be a pain & it can easily be lost if dropped. Please be careful with the hinges on these cuffs, the hinge might pinch skin if you are not careful.
