Description

This machine is only suitable for Vegetable tanning leather class within 10cm width, not suitable for ultra soft and thin, pls know about this before making the payment. This machine allows you to skive to a uniform thickness. Make "lap" skives (tapering skives), as when you join two straps together. Skive a strap down to a feather edge or make a long tapering skives. Assembly: the only assembly required for your deluxe leather splitter is to attach the handle grip onto the top of the handle post. Step 3: now, begin to move the handle forward, simultaneously pulling on the strap to begin the skive, the tension bar hold the leather down to insure uniform skives. Step 4: after you have reached the desired depth of the skive, lock the roller by turning the locking knob do the reminder of the skive will be uniform, pull the strap through to complete the skive.
