Solutions when app is offline or enabled:
Firstly, please check whether you have opened the gprs of the sim card in tracker .
Find out the apn settings thorugh ask the sim card operator or search on this site: http://wiki.apnchanger.org/Main-Page
EG: For Cingular sim card, APN informtaion as below:
username: [email protected]
password: CINGULAR1
APN name: isp.cingular
Send SMS to set APN as below:
gprs123456
apn123456 isp.cingular
apnuser123456 [email protected] (no need to set if without apnsuer)
apnpasswd123456 CINGULAR1(no need to set if without apnpassword)
* Have a blank after 123456
After send those command, please restart the tracker then going to check whether it is online of app
