Cut perfect circles with this easy to use circle cutter. Ideal for cutting paper and photos for scrapbooking pages and other paper crafts. Makes circles 10-millimeters to 300-millimeters (1/3-Inch to 11.8-Inch) wide. Includes 5 blades that store in small covered opening in cutter. Cutter is constructed mostly of plastic and folds into unit about 4 1/4-Inch long. Features radius and diameter scale for easy read out.
