When using home lighting and appliance control technologies that communicate over the home's electrical wiring, it's important to isolate devices that can cause communication interference. Some of these "noisy" devices may include computers, home theater components, fans and the like. FilterLinc isolates these noisy appliances and prevents communication interference. Simply plug the offending appliance into the bottom outlet and plug FilterLinc into a wall outlet. It features a secondary non-filtered pass-through outlet for your convenience.
