Bring beer can-style roasting to your larger poultry. The Charcoal Companion Stainless Steel Turkey Infusion Roaster infuses your bird with your favorite sauce, beer, wine, or liquid with no fuss. Cook your turkey on the grill to free up valuable oven space in the kitchen. A combination of outside heat and inside moisture reduces the cooking time while increasing the flavor and moisture content. As the cooking environment around your turkey heats up, steam emits from the infuser moisture vents, cooking the bird from the inside out. The stainless steel rack has handles for moving the bird and the wide base and angle of the infuser ensures stability. The rack can accommodate an 18 lb. bird. Braces on either side of the rocket prevent the turkey from spinning or slipping. Suitable for the oven or grill.


HOW TO USE: Align the tabs at the bottom of the insert with the openings in the base. Twist angled insert into wire base and fill reservoir with preferred sauce or liquid. Slide turkey on the insert until held by the wire braces, and place rack in preheated grill or oven. When using a drip or roasting pan, add a cup of water or other liquid to prevent the drippings from burning.


The cooking time for an unstuffed turkey averages 12 minutes per pound. Cooking time may vary with size of oven/grill and turkey.


CARE: Dishwasher safe. Do not use abrasive scrubbers.


CAUTION: Rack will become hot. Use oven mitts or gloves when handling. Place on a heat-safe surface after cooking.
