Rose Geranium Hydrosol is a favorite among maturing women due to its variety of skin benefits. It's used in lotions to decrease the visibility of cellulite and varicose veins, and can be applied to the face as a gentle toner that improves signs of aging. It is also a popular choice for teenagers because it's great for combination or acne prone skin. It can be used to sooth eczema, sunburns, bruises and irritated skin. It can be used in a hot compress to ease menstrual cramps, and it's aroma will balance hormone related mood swings. As a room spray, it works to calm an overactive mind and is great for hyperactive children.

Suggested use of rose geranium hydrosol:

• Add in place of water for DIY facial/body creams
• Spray on face and neck after cleansing to regulate oil production, fight acne and fill out wrinkles
• Spray directly on dry skin, sunburns, razor burn and irritated skin
• Place a warm, wet rag soaked in rose geranium hydrosol directly on the abdomen to ease menstrual cramps
• Add to lotions and apply to the lower body to decrease the appearance of cellulite and varicose veins
• Spray in nurseries or playrooms to calm hyperactive children
• Spray in the car when sitting in traffic or after a stressful day
