Description

Our farmers pick our organic cloves, grown in a remote region of the Western Ghatts, at the height of ripeness, when they're red and plump. Then they're sun-dried until they resemble the brown flower buds we're familiar with. Use cloves in spiced drinks, pair them with cinnamon, ginger, allspice, and nutmeg in your pumpkin pies, and use them to lend flavor to meats, marinades, and roasted fruit. You can also use a mlange of cinnamon, cumin, and cloves to make a delicious Indian biryani.
