While it's odor eliminating ability typically lasts for 3 days, in some cases it's effective for a full 7 day before re-application is needed. Natural anti-bacterials are used to prevent bacteria colonization, where odor originates. No other deodorant, natural or otherwise, will do after using 3-Day Deodorant. Directions:

Going all natural in your skin care is a lifestyle. At the beginning it may take a week to see the difference.

1) Detoxify: Up to 5 showers (1 week) may be necessary to rid your armpits of residue which remains after using chemical deodorants. (Consider that washing your skin with just plain water changes its pH level for 8 hours.) When showering, use a natural anti-bacterial soap* and scrape your underarms with your fingernails to remove embedded substances which may still be present.

2) Prepare: Your skin has a pH of approximately 4.3. The goal is to keep it in balance at this level. If you have sensitive skin, you may want to wash your underarms with an apple cider vinegar / water solution of 1:16 and let dry before applying your 3-Day Deodorant. If you shave your underarms, wait an hour before application to allow any abrasions to seal.

3) Apply: Use the deodorant as you would any other. You may shower each day as you ordinarily do. It won't change the deodorant's effectiveness. Enjoy your freedom from chemicals and spread the word!

* Recent findings link excessive stomach acid production (GERD) with chemical anti-bacterial soap. All natural anti-bacterials don't have this characteristic.
