APls make sure the operating ways rightly:
1.Make sure your fingertips put rightly, please see the picture above
2.Make sure your fingertips are not too dry or too wet, hands clean and normal humidity are okay
3.Make sure there is no admin account in the lock, if yes, please reset or set other user account (When you put the fingertip on the panel, red light flashes with a deep. Move your fingertip away, red light flashes 3-6 times, that means no admin account. If the red light only flashes
