Description
The OPTP PRO-ROLLER Soft half-round foam roller can be used with either the rounded or flat side down. Using the flat side down offers improved stability and progression for balance training, early rehabilitation and beginning Pilates. Using the rounded side down offers more dynamic challenge for balance exercise as well as Pilates and yoga movements.
In addition to exercise use, the roller's soft density provides gentle massage and myofascial release for sore, tight muscles. Ideal for pre and post-workout recovery as well as physical therapy.
The foam roller offers the same high-quality design as other PRO-ROLLER models; it is constructed of cross-linked, closed-cell EVA foam for long-lasting durability.
