Description

Hetty March, a rich but unscrupulous old woman, employs a mad scientist to swap her brain into a nubile younger body. Animal men, zombie women and evil cats are the inevitable result in this bizarre B-Movie concoction, the only directorial effort from Joseph V. Mascelli (author of "The 5 C's of Cinematography"). Since its brief release in 1963, "Monstrosity", more popularly known as "The Atomic Brain", has only been available in ragged TV prints. Nearly discarded, the beautiful original camera negative was rescued, scanned and restored in 4K resolution to create this definitive Blu-ray release. Accept no substitutes! Special Features: - New 4k Restoration from the Original Camera Negative - Feature Length Audio Commentary from writers Tom Weaver and Robert J. Kiss - Widescreen and Fullscreen editions of the feature film (Blu-ray Exclusive Feature) - Original Theatrical Trailer - Alternate "Atomic Brain" title sequence - Stills Gallery - "The Brothers Dillman" Interviews with Bradford Dillman and Pamela Dillman - "Mascelli's Monstrosity" Interview with Michael Goi, ASC - Blu-ray edition released by Moth Inc. in cooperation with Something Weird Video.
