Description

Linden honey is, believe it or not, a mildly "spicy" honey (it provides a unique kick that has more to do with the dissolution of fructose over the taste buds than to any actual spicy ingredient) that can be light brown to yellow to pale to almost clear, depending on the the time of year that it was collected.
