Just sprinkle liberally over fresh cuts of meat and let the flavor absorb for 15 to 20 minutes before cooking. To use Bolner's Fiesta Brand Wild Game Rub as a marinade, simply whisk in 2 cups of oil and 1 cup of vinegar or beer for every 4 teaspoons of seasoning and pour over fresh meat.
