Holds up to 500 rounds of .45 ACP. or 223 ammo. Holds up to 16 - 30 round metal AR-15 or M16 magazines. Inside Dimensions: 7(D) x 12.4(H). Outside Dimensions: 10(D) x 13.5(H). The inside cubic inches is the same as a 50 caliber ammo can.
