Grillz Instructions:

1.Gently Bend the grillz to fit the shape of your mouth
2.Place the silicone molding bar into the opening of the grillz.
3.Adjust the back hooks of the grillz so that the molding bar fits tightly.
4.Boil water and use tweezers/tongs to pick up the grillz and molding bar together and place them into the water.
5.Submerge the grillz and molding bar for 20-30 seconds or until the molding bar starts to become clear.
6.Using the tweezers/tongs to pick up the grillz, place them on to your teeth while the molding bar is still soft. Adjust as necessary. Then keep them in pack for about 2 minutes so the molding bars can harden.

To refit the molding bar, repeat steps 4-6.
For best results, fit one grill at a time (top or bottom) so the molding bars don't stick to each other while in the boiling water.
