Simplot Pepper Onion Mix - 32 oz. package, 12 packages per case Adds flavor and color to any recipe. Less expensive than prepared from raw. Try using in omelettes, hashbrowns, casseroles and salads. 45% 1/4" Diced Green Pepper. 45% 3/8" Diced Onion. 10% 1/4" Diced Red Pepper. PREP INSTRUCTIONS: cook until tender (stove top, steamer, or microwave) temperature must reach 165 degree F. DO NOT OVERCOOK. Cold dish: Add product to boiling water, stir, and return to boil. Drain and chill before adding other ingredients.
