Description

Otto automatic soap dispenser by Umbra was designed with a soft inviting form that makes automatic pump technology more approachable. With a gentle taper at the neck, hands can comfortably cup outgoing liquid without having to touch a thing. Otto's sleek profile and soft white finish with nickel accents blend with virtually any kitchen or bathroom decor style. Great for kids and adults alike, the hands-free operation reduces the spread of germs. Use with dish soap, liquid hand soap, or hand sanitizer; Otto dispenses a fixed amount-not too much, not too little-helping (0.07 oz.) to reduce waste and save on supply costs. The window on the front provides visibility to liquid levels. Soap loads from the top, making refilling a breeze. Troubleshooting tips:

If the blue light is not on, be sure that you have turned the power button on before proceeding.

If the blue light is on and blinking, replace with new non rechargeable batteries.

If the blue light comes on and you hear the motor but the soap doesnt come out, try the following:

Remove the soap and save in a separate container for future use.

Fill the pump with very hot water, not boiling, and let sit for 5-10 minutes.

Put your hand in front of the sensor and repeat till water flows well.

Refill the pump with soap and if you find the soap is very thick add some water to thin it out.
