The sauce can be described as rich, sweet and the kind of little spice kick that will please the BBQ judges all over the circuit, or right in your backyard. The low heat is perfect for the general bbq population. Todd Johns of Plowboys fame claims that this sauce propelled his team, Pork Pullin Plowboys, to the KCBS 180 Club by helping him achieve a perfect score in chicken. The sauce also goes great on ribs or pork with some Plowboys Yardbird Rub.
