Besides, you can do as follows to activate air compression and rolling massage separately: Under"LEGS" or "SCRAPING" mode, long press "STRENGTH" button to stop the air compression; Or long press "LEGS"/"SCRAPING" button to stop rolling massage
2. For safety's use, the heating temperature is not allowed to more than 113F, which is not obviously hot. And it takes about 3 minutes to become warm. The product also is equipped with 15-minute auto shut-off function and overheat protection to ensure safety.
3. You can also adjust the strength of air compression. The default mode is medium and the button is color purple. You can press "STRENGTH" button to chose the strength you can enjoy. The color blue is gentle, Red is the strongest mode.
