Good solid OLED display, but has the quirk that it doesn't respond to SPI enumeration. The U8Glib library supports this with the special U8G_I2C_OPT_NO_ACK option; Google that if you're having difficulty.

Good display for a project, My unit has a SH1106 controller so I used the U8glib library. U8GLIB_SH1106_128X64(U8G_I2C_OPT_NONE) device got it running great.
