How to uses:

Clean the surface of your nails

Apply base coat (White & Black recommended) You can apply this flakes on different base colours

Apply another layer of the base coat, cure (not totally fry), then place the powders onto your nails. Better to use a nail silicone pen

Seal it with UV GEL Top or No-Wipe Top coat to get a smooth surface
