Important tips before configuration:

1.The camera is available to 2.4GHz band not 5GHz.
2.Your Wi-Fi name and Password should not contain special character 'and &.And Wi-Fi password is no longer than 31 characters.
3.Make sure that your Wi-Fi encryption is WPA2-PSK(AES).
4.Please complete the configuration process within 5 minutes, if not please unplug power and try again.
5.The audio transmission to your camera to give it the WiFi info requires you put your phone close to the camera (within one foot)
