Q1: Will the hair shed and tangle?
A:Shedding: New hairs' initial shedding is normal and acceptable. So we always do recommend our customers to firstly seal the hair weft and then installing and brushing it with wide-tooth comb. Please always seal the hair ends if you cut weft for installation and keep the hair moisturized, if not, the hair may shed excessively.
Tangle: Because the hair is cuticle intact human hair, which will not tangle. But, dryness, oil and dirt build-p, salt water or not combing out daily will cause hair tangle and shedding. Please follow the hair care instruction and use good shampoo and conditioner to wash the hair at least twice a week.
Q2:Can the hair be dyed or styled?
A: Yes, Our hairs are 100% human hair, can be bleached, dyed and permed as your own hair. But, we do not recommend you to do this frequently. Beacuse it will cause damage to the hair.
Q3: Why does my hair lose its wave pattern after washing?
A: All wave hair and curly hair were shaped by high temperature steam WITHOUT any chemicals. The wave might be looser after washing. In order to keep the hair healthy and natural, we have to maintain the hair in such a way. But since they are all human hair, it is easy to restyle or curl it.
