IMPORTANT DELIVERY INFORMATION

Due to the perishable nature of this item, we only ship our spiral hams on Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday for delivery on Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday. Orders received Wednesday - Sunday will be shipped on the following Monday. Amazon will send you a tracking number once your order is processed. Please track your package so you are aware of the delivery date.

MY HAM ARRIVED THAWED: CAN I STILL EAT IT?

In many cases, the ham thaws during transit and the cooler packs may also thaw. If your ham arrives in this condition, do not panic. The curing process and vacuum seal on your ham will keep it fresh during transit. The delivery service may leave the ham on your doorstep if you are not home to receive the delivery. Even if the ham sets on your doorstep all day, this fully cooked ham remains fresh and safe to serve. Please refrigerate once removed from the cooler and serve within 2 weeks. Hams can be frozen for 6 months.
