Pre-filled Confetti - Each balloon is generously filled with our metallic confetti. (Confetti has been put into the balloons,so you don't need to put them by yourself.) Confetti-filled huge round balloons are a total crowd pleaser!
Importance - If you're having trouble getting the confetti to stick to the sides of the balloons, create a little static electricity by rubbing the inflated balloons on a fuzzy surface(like carpet,towel,etc.).This is the key to having success with confetti staying on sides.
Usage & Care - Blow up with air or helium and tie closed.Use a balloon pump to fill,don't use your mouth. It floats beautifully with helium(helium filled balloons will pop more easily due to lower density). The floating time is dependent on how they are handled. Helium is sensitive to temperature so avoid extreme heat & extreme cold. On a hot day balloon may come down quicker. Inflating the balloon very close to the start time of your event is recommended.

How to Use:
In order to make the confetti stick to the inside surface of the balloon perfectly, please follow one of the steps as below after inflating:

1. Rub the balloon back and forth on a carpeted surface.
2. Rub the surface of the balloon with a dry towel.


Notes:
1. Inflator is recommended.
2. Do not inflate the balloon too much or it will burst easily.
3. Can be filled with air, helium and water. Balloons that are filled with helium will burst more easily due to the lower density.
4. Flammable: Do not use near heat, flame, or while smoking.
5. Children should use under adult supervision.
